John de Waal Trained at accountants Moores Rowland, Financial Director John has extensive experience in the service sector, working in the worlds of recruitment and direct marketing prior to joining HPI. As well as his financial management responsibilities, John oversees both the IT and 'back office' functions at HPI, making sure everything runs smoothly.
